Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days):
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is intact, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Returns on Programmed or Locked Products:
- NFC chips that have not yet been locked (rewritable) can be returned without issues.
- Please note: Returns are strictly not accepted for devices that have been permanently locked (Lock tag) by the user, as this makes the chip no longer reprogrammable or reusable.
Defective Products and Replacement:
- If the NFC chip or QR code is unreadable upon arrival (before any modification or locking), we offer a free replacement.
- Required verification: To proceed with the replacement of an item deemed defective, it is mandatory to send a short video and photos clearly demonstrating the device's malfunction. In the absence of visual proof material, the request cannot be processed.
- How to Request a Return: Contact our customer support indicating the order number, the reason for the request, and attaching the necessary photos/video in case of a defect.
